When spring arrives, it needs to be celebrated. Particularly in the valley, where the first longed-for heralds of spring are known to blossom and chirp a little earlier than in the mountains. On the Alto Adige Wine Road, the Culinary Spring Weeks are all about wine and culinary delights. From the 22nd of March to the 28th of June 2024, exquisite wines and palatable delicacies can be enjoyed in the villages from Nalles to Salorno and in Bolzano, the city of wine – at high-profile wine events, highlight gourmet events and various gastronomic weeks in selected restaurants.
