St. Michael-Eppan Winery

Modern accents between historic walls create a pleasurable ambience.

The Art Nouveau winery building was expanded with a Wine Bar in 2011. It is located in the flat and long annex building directly near the imposing old building. The walls are made from brownly coloured concrete, the doors and the canopy are from dark steel.

Inside, visitors can look forward to a spacious Wine Bar with a long bar, large windows and a huge free-form table, which is supported by bottles.

Architect Walter Angonese gave the old cellar vaults a new touch too: glittering plaster and pieces of art decorate the walls.

Extraordinary.Like their wines.

They play with contrasts. They try the new while preserving traditions. Beautiful places and aesthetics for wine lovers.
