In the Night of St. Lawrence the "Laubengasse" is turned into a street of delectation as the Bolzano vintners display all their best red and white wines. They also provide interested passers-by with information about local wines and about the art of wine-making to enhance the value of the local wine industry.

In this open air exhibition more than 50 different grape varieties are presented to the visitors who can also learn how to match wines.
