Colterenzio Winery was founded by 28 vintners  in 1960. Over the years other passionate viticulturalists from diversified micro-zones in the area joined the collective, and today nearly 300 members cultivate approximately 300 hectares of vineyards.

12 varieties cultivated. 45% of production is red wine, 55% white wine. 300 days of sunshine a year, 800 mm precipitation.

Since 2009 Colterenzio has been working toward being a green business: thanks to a 1.200 m2 photovoltaic installation, 175,000 green kWh/year are produced and 70% of hot water requirements are provided by solar panels & a new heat recovery system.

Thanks to a long experience and know-how which leads to combine tradition with modern wine-marking techniques, Colterenzio can boast high-quality wines with character and finesse.
