Kellerei Cantina Girlan
Since 1925, the Girlan Winery Cooperative, Girlan's first wine producer, has been in this typical Überetsch (Upper Adige) wine-growing estate. Modern cellar technology and optimal storage conditions lie hidden behind these time-honoured walls and in the corridors branching throughout our newly reconstructed cellar. You can sample and get to know our wines in the out of the ordinary ambience a guided tour of our cellars can create.
Our modern wine shop can advise connoisseurs of wine and leave them undisturbed to choose at leisure from the three quality lines of our excellent wines.
Wine tip - 'Fass Nr. 9'
The already almost legendary Vernatsch wine "Fass Nr.9" (barrel no. 9) of our premium line is only bottled in years when the quality is good. The fine type of Vernatsch grape and at the same time the high concentration of velvety tannin make barrel no. 9 so varied and unique.
