Wines with characteristics of variety and terroir.
With the vintage 2006 we, Armin and Monika Kobler, have begun to process part of our grapes on our own.
It is our aim to produce wines which reflect as close as possible the peculiarities of terroir, variety and vintage.
For this reason the quality of the grapes is for us of utmost importance. Essential prerequisites for this are an intensive canopy management, yield levels in accordance with the quality potential and an optimal timing of harvest.
In the cellar the potential achieved in the field should find its optimal expression, whereby a defensive oenology plays only a supporting role.
