Kurtatsch is located in one of the hottest spots of Italy and, as a result, is predestined for the production of good red and white wines. The area of cultivation ranges from 200 to 900 metres above sea level on the best slopes and hilly countryside.

Wine tip

Full-bodied white wines, originating in the breezy hills around Kurtatsch, satisfy buyers with their quality and price. The type of grape is all important in the red wine-producing area.
The particular micro climate, in summer temperatures of up to 40º are not unusual, outstanding soil, wine-growers who work with nature and not just along side it and a cellar man who prefers things to take their time, produces wines that are are always given the highest distinctions in the most important wine guides of the world.
