St. Pauls Winery Cooperative

St. Pauls, known in the local dialect as "Dom auf dem Lande" (cathedral in the countryside), is situated at the heart of Überetsch's wine region. The bell tower watches majestically over the peaceful wine-producing slopes. St. Pauls Winery Cooperative can be found right at the entrance to the village. It was founded in 1907 and today has 215 associate members who work a wine-growing area of approximately 170 hectares , producing 60% red wine and 40% white wine.

With painstaking attention to detail, our members are constantly trying to combine innovation and tradition with their years of experience producing wine. Above all, we can thank the skill of our cellar man that we are able to meet our customers' demands for quality. We are committed and honour-bound to maintain and continue our legacy of centuries of viticulture.
