The Strickerhof is since 1834 in family estate (Schlafferhof). In 1907 Josef Paul Kasseroller established a new yard place, the Strickerhof, where he led a commercial wine cellar in addition to agricultural enterprise.

In 1998 the entire enterprise was changed over to organically-biological cultivation (Bioland guidelines).

The humus - rich, sandy loamy soils are suitable for the cultivation of red wines. Also apples, pears and different stone fruit prosper magnificently. Besides different fruit juices are manufactured.

The Strickerhof is located in the south-west of Bolzano.
