Andrian / Andriano

Andrian is set in the orchards of Etschtal on the South Tyrolean Wine Road and is one of the smallest municipalities of South Tyrol. A mild climate, a touch of Mediterranean flair, a long-standing culture and genuine South Tyrolean hospitality can all be found in this small holiday resort. In Andrian you will simply feel at home among friends!
You can discover the glorious fruit and wine-producing countryside on foot or by bicycle, go for a hike through cool woodland, play tennis or sun yourself or bathe in our swimming pool idyllically set in woodland. This is complete and utter relaxation for body, mind and soul.
Convivial hikes looking for chestnuts offer a special experience combining knowledge with fun and ending with chestnut roasting. There are also natural history walks in the mornings and evenings.
Andrian's winery is the oldest wine producers' cooperative (1893) in South Tyrol. Wine tasting and guided tours of our cellar offer a specialised insight into the fascinating world of wine.
Each year, the first of May is devoted to cycling. Young and old alike meet for the traditional open bicycle race through Etschtal, in blossom at this time of year, and end up at the spring festival. Open air wine tasting (Lorenzi-Nacht) and the Strudelfest on the village square are further highlights of Andrian's village life.
