Kaltern Winery

Where architecture successfully implements the required balance between traditions and progress.

At the edge of the wine village Caldaro, the Winecenter Kaltern, designed by the feld72 architects group from Vienna, has become a symbol of modern architecture. The striking building with imposing heights and a façade made from glass and bronze colours, impresses with its reduced architectonic elegance.

The new L-shape building covers five levels and is light and transparent in its appearance. The inside of the Winecenter was designed by artist Andrea Varesco. The works continue in a reduced form and in balance with the rest of the architecture.

The tasting room is completely in white, and at the entry level the wines of the Kaltern Winery are presented lying on show tables.

Extraordinary.Like their wines.

They play with contrasts. They try the new while preserving traditions. Beautiful places and aesthetics for wine lovers.
