Tramin Winery

The new winery at the entry of Tramin village provides the symbol of the wine village.

The futuristic building was constructed in 2010 and bears the signature of the renowned Alto Adige architect Werner Tscholl, architect of the year 2016 in Italy. What is especially eye-catching is the green steel construction surrounding the glass parts of the building and in the shape of vines.

At the back you'll find the areas for the winery and for visitors. On the lower level, the farmers deliver their harvest and all the technical facilities needed for making wine are located here. The open arms of the side wings on the upper level host the administration and visitors areas.

The position amidst the home of the Gewürztraminer becomes obvious when looking out of the Wine Bar and the tasting room, from where visitors enjoy a fantastic view of Caldaro Lake, the vineyards and the Alps.

Extraordinary.Like their wines.

They play with contrasts. They try the new while preserving traditions. Beautiful places and aesthetics for wine lovers.
