Ansitz Dornach
Patrick is an oenologist and winemaker. Karoline is a biologist and responsible for the diversity at the biodynamic farm. They live and work together in Dornach, on the Südtiroler Weinstraße.
Their credo:
The earth is the origin. The preservation of its natural fertility and vitality is the condition. The production of wines as natural as possible is the goal.
