This year, we are proudly celebrating our 50th anniversary as a family business! Our heart beats especially for the traditional wine of our region that shares its name: the Kalterersee (Lake Caldaro wine).

But the greatest secret of our estate lies beneath the ground. There is an almost unbelievable history behind our wine cellar:

Built by hand over 30 years!
My father, Dominikus, created our unique wine cellar completely on his own through three decades of daily, hard work. Stone by stone, he gathered only the most beautiful stones from the immediate surroundings and joined them together with his own hands. A true lifetime achievement that you simply have to see and feel!
