Stroblhof Winery

The Stroblhof is a winery with a long tradition. Several hundred years ago, our ancestors recognized the potential of the slopes at the foot of the Mendel Mountains. Generation after generation, they utilized the land for wine production an inheritance that we proudly continue today.
On 6 hectares of vineyards, mostly situated on these slopes, we produce both red and white wines in equal measure. The calcareous soils with porphyry influences and the cool mountain breezes create ideal conditions for cultivating Burgundy varieties.
This is how our passion for Pinot Noir developed, which has now become our flagship. The Pinot Blanc also plays a central role in the history and evolution of our estate. Particularly the historic "Strahler," grown as a mixed set, embodies the essence of the Stroblhof. With its nearly 200-year history, it has successfully made the leap into the present.
Our commitment to preserving the rich history of our location while also incorporating modern elements also shapes our "second pillar." Just like our winemaking, the hotel and restaurant business at Stroblhof has a history of over 100 years.
